Use Diphenyl azide phosphate is used in peptide coupling and 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions; also used in the preparation of amino acid copolymers. Uses Chemicalbook is widely used in organic synthesis, pharmaceutical synthesis and peptide compound synthesis. Azidation reagent for the aziridination of alkenes catalyzed by tetraphenylporphyrin-cobalt. It is also used as an activator for the preparation of macrolides and aldose reductase inhibitors. It is also an important organophosphorus reagent.
